The Stressease product is the equivalent of a simple multivitamin. It does not a priori contain any active agent that would allow you to know beyond any doubt that a favorable impact on your stress level could be encountered by taking it.

I do not recommend this product.

For stress, I would recommend more the use of mindfulness or meditation techniques. Mobile apps like Headspace or Sanvello can help introduce these practices into your daily life.
