Hello, After several medical visits for pain in the right ear that goes down to the throat and rib cage with pain spame and ball in the throat of transparent white mucus sometimes foamy the doctor finds no cause. I did a lung scan and very slight bronchiectasis right upper apex sinus scan with a little mucus in maxillary sinus but nothing to worry about according to my doctor. Also ultrasound of the neck small post inflammatory lymph nodes nothing big but a little painful. I also did an endoscopy no reflux. I am very confused because the pain is chronic for over a year at first he thought it was anxiety and after 2 months the doctor confirms that it is not due to my constant pain I would like to know what I should do next

Hello Sir, I am sorry to read about your troubles!
Are you taking any medications for these problems right now like inhalers, or sprays? Are you currently taking any other medications for other health conditions?

Hello
Thank you for your feedback. I have been for a long time a great sportsman ''crossfit'' I pushed my body in cardio-vascular training more than muscular
I do not take any medication. But in the past while I was in investigations. They gave me 6 times antibiotics in emergency because I was very sick last year in September. Streptococcus in the lungs. Strangely I still have the same pain as when I had that infection. Afterwards they gave me pumps for the asthma, no difference, I did the test. I had PPI's no difference with gaviscon. They also gave me sertraline, no difference on my symptoms. This morning I get up again and I have a kind of white viscous mucus in my throat with still a pain in my right ear.
So to answer your question, I am not taking any medication today ...

I also wanted to add that when I try to do sports like running, I have no problem with my breathing, but when I go too hard, it heats up my throat, ears and bronchi

Thanks for the feedback!
I would try an anti-histamine such as Claritin or Aerius to clear up if it helps to reduce the amount of mucus you feel in your throat. These are safe and you can get a good idea of their effectiveness after 5-7 days.
That being said, if it does not work, you will need to consult a doctor again as this situation is beyond what can be addressed on this platform.
