Hello! I could not find any data in the literature proving that it is safe during breastfeeding. Therefore, I recommend that you avoid it. To relieve your sore throat, you can:, Gargle with salt water for 30 seconds 4 times a day (1/2 teaspoon of salt in 250 ml of water); Take a teaspoon of honey; Take Tylenol (do not exceed 4000 mg per day).
