I would like to know if it would be recommended that the lesion be evaluated in the future for cancerous potential or if it is still considered benign?

(Concerning my spouse) Male, 33 years old, with no chronic or active health problems. He has a hemangioma on his cheek since birth which was not treated at that time because it was not dangerous, only cosmetic. Approximate size 1cm x 0.4cm x 0.3cm high, cherry color, irregular surface. Lesions remain quite stable, sometimes if slightly hooked the lesion during shaving can bleed and make a cherry layer again.

Hello Ma'am,
Unfortunately this situation is beyond the scope of what can be accomplished on this platform, it is impossible to answer this question properly. I would suggest that your spouse consult a physician for a proper evaluation personalized to his needs.
If he does not have a family physician, he will be able to consult in a walk-in clinic, or consult the Health Appointment Quebec platform to try to get an RV in a surrounding clinic.
If they don't have a family doctor, they can register at the access window.

Okay I understand. Since it was posted that doctors could answer the question, I thought it might have been possible to get an answer from a doctor. No problem, thanks for your time though.

Indeed there are several types of professionals on this platform but a personalized assessment is not possible for this type of injury.
