I have marks on my back because of friction?

Hello, for some time now, I have the impression that something is wrong with my blood because for example when I carry my backpack, it causes me a kind of plaque as if small veins had burst. This happens regularly when there is a certain pressure on my skin. I also want to make it clear that these are not hematomas (bruises). As far as I know I don't have any blood problems.

Hi, ma'am,
To help me get a better idea of the situation, would it be possible to upload some well-lit photos?
Thank you!

Thanks for the information!
i'm not so sure if it's due to backpack rubbing, as it could also look like stretch marks. In this case, their appearance will diminish over time. For now, I suggest using a fragrance-free soap in the shower, and moisturizing the skin with a fragrance-free cream like Glaxal Base, Aveeno, or other.

no it's not stretch marks because after two days it disappears completely (like a "bruise") but not at the same time. These are due to an exercise done at the gym which causes this at the vertebrae level (the rubbing was done all along my back) This appears on my shoulders when I carry my backpack. sorry for not having specified earlier.

Thanks for the feedback!
It does look a lot like stretch marks. But if you are convinced that they are not stretch marks, and that the only source is rubbing with the backpack or during exercise, it is normal that there are marks on the skin, it does not indicate a blood problem, just that the skin has been a little irritated. If it is temporary and not painful, there is no need to worry. Applying a fragrance-free moisturizer is the best solution.
