My 3 year old daughter has two small white spots on her cheek?

Hello. My 3 year old daughter had a small injury on her cheek. After the almost total healing, 2 small white dots (skin color) appeared and do not go away anymore. There is still a small pinkish background around them which is very similar to the color when the wound was healing. I would like to know how to make them go away, what are the causes and how to avoid their appearance. Milium seeds?

It could indeed be a milium, a sebaceous cyst or something else, but there is not much to do. Just moisturize the skin with a fragrance-free cream like Base Glaxal, Aveeno or other, and always protect the skin from the sun If, however, more lesions appear, I suggest consulting a doctor, as a precaution.
