Hello, I have a voice extension and I have a sore throat and I have yellow secretions when I spit and I have stomach and head pains and muscle aches. I would like to know what to do because I have a voice extension, do I have to do a COVID test for this problem?

Hello ma'am, I am sorry to read about your troubles! Indeed, considering your symptoms, it would be appropriate to do a quick test for COVID. If you don't have a test, don't go to a pharmacy, ask someone close to you to do it or ask about the possibility of a delivery For headaches and aches, acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) is the best option. For secretions and coughs, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. There is no maximum number of times during the day. It's a little uncomfortable but works extremely well to clear the sinuses! I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference If your symptoms persist for more than a week or get worse, you should see a doctor.
