Can I take Yasmin again after giving birth?

Hello, I am going to give birth soon and I am thinking about my contraceptive method to use afterwards. Before the pregnancy I was taking the pill Yasmin 28. I have a tendency to break out in acne when there are hormonal changes (such as when I stop taking my pill), but during my pregnancy it went well and I don't really have any spots.

Hello ma'am,
Be aware that hormonal changes after childbirth can in some cases increase or decrease acne. That being written, if you plan to breastfeed, a progestin-only contraceptive is usually chosen. You can discuss this with the.a gynecologist before you are discharged from the hospital, if necessary.
