Good morning, ma'am,
The first line of treatment for congestion, discharge, sinus pressure and cough is nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse which can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. It's a little uncomfortable but works wonders!
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
There are some decongestant nasal sprays that can be used for 3 to 5 days during pregnancy but nasal hygiene is best as non-pharmacological measures are preferred during pregnancy. Your pharmacist will be able to tell you which one depending on the active ingredient and inventory.
I hope I have been helpful to you and remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
