I would like to know the exact doses of Advil (40mg/mL) and Tylenol (80mg/mL) to give him, knowing that he weighs 7.45kg. Thank you for your help!

Good morning, ma'am,
For Tylenol (80 mg/ml), for a child of 7.45 kg, you can give 1.3 ml by mouth every 4 to 6 hours as needed (a maximum of 5 doses per 24 hours).
For Advil (40 mg/ml), recommended only for children over 6 months of age, you can give 1.4 ml every 6 to 8 hours as needed (a maximum of 4 doses per 24 hours).
However, to reduce the risk of error, you can start by using Tylenol alone and see if it is enough to reduce your child's fever.
I hope this answers your question,
