Hello!
The dose to give will depend on weight rather than age. Do you have their weight?
For Tylenol, the recommended dose is 15mg/kg/dose, every 4 to 6 hours, for a maximum of 5 doses per day
For Benadryl, this depends on the indication, you can give the over the counter dose based on weight (which is a more conservative dose), otherwise it is sometimes prescribed at higher concentrations for severe allergic reactions.
Hopefully this will be helpful, feel free to write back for more information!

For Advil, the dosage is 10mg/kg/dose every 6 to 8 hours with food.

For example, if your child weighs 10kg, we would give him 15mg x 10kg = 150mg of Tylenol per dose. With a product concentration of 160mg/5ml, we would give him 4.6875ml (about 4.5ml for simplicity) per dose every 4 to 6 hours.

Sorry, I just saw that you put the weights in lbs in parentheses. What is the treatment indication for these 3 products? Or is it just for information?
11 month old baby (18 lbs) = 8.18kg
Tylenol = 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6h, max 5 doses = 122.7mg or 3.8ml from a 160mg/5ml bottle
Advil = 10mg/kg/dose every 6-8h, max 4 doses = 81.8mg or 4ml from a 100mg/5ml bottle
Benadryl = see packaging for more conservative dose every 4-6 hours = 2.5ml from a 6.25mg/5ml bottle (be careful to use the children's bottle and not the adult elixir which contains some alcohol)
2.5 year old boy (26.5 lbs) = 12.04kg
Tylenol = 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6h, max 5 doses = 180.6mg or 5.5ml from a 160mg/5ml bottle
Advil = 10mg/kg/dose every 6-8h, max 4 doses = 120.4mg or 6ml from a 100mg/5ml bottle
Benadryl = see packaging for more conservative dose every 4-6 hours = 5ml from a 6.25mg/5ml bottle (be sure to use the children's bottle and not the adult elixir which contains some alcohol)
