Hello, For about a month now, my 8 year old daughter has had a tendency to have small cracks in her vulva, either at the opening of the lips at the top, or at the bottom completely. It gets hot when she urinates. I put some baby butt cream (desistin) and after a few days, it went away, but it keeps coming back.
