Hello, I have been taking the pill Alysena 28 for more than 2 years now. On Sunday June 19 I had to travel and unfortunately I forgot it at home. So I did not take it from June 19 to 22. I was on the 18th pill out of 28 on Sunday. I did not have sexual relations during this period.

If you wish to continue taking your contraceptive in the same way, that is to say 21 days plus 7 days without hormones, I suggest that you start a new package and take it all. This may cause spotting or bleeding while you are on the contraceptive but it will go away on its own.
