Besides Advil, what else can I take for these headaches?

Hello, I have sporadic episodes where I have a lot of pain on the right side of my head. More precisely behind/around the eye and it extends to the right temple. My right side of the face is very hot and my right nostril is blocked. I have no sensitivity to light and no red eye but I feel it wetter than the other one. It can last between 30 minutes and 3 hours sometimes, a few times a week. Hello, thank you for your answer i would say that it has been going on for several months already, at a rate of 2-3x week. But right now it's the first time it's lasted this long. I went to bed yesterday and it was over, but it seems to be starting again this morning... it makes me a little nauseous

Hello ma'am, taking Tylenol can help relieve pain, and can be combined with Advil. Is this something new for you? Thank you for the information.
