You can visit your local pharmacy. Polysporin in drops ophthalmic form can be prescribed by the pharmacist for conjunctivitis in ages 2 and older. He or she will ask you a few questions and will probably want to see your daughter's eyes to make sure that an antibiotic is what is best for her.
So, some optometrists offer "emergency" appointments. This involves checking with optometry clinics in your area. They can perform an eye examination and prescribe an antibiotic in onguent or drop if needed.
