What can I give my 16 month old daughter who has a dry cough mainly at night (covid -)

Cough for 5 days, especially at night. No fever, initially there was nasal secretion. We do regular nasal cleansing, but the cough is dry. Thank you

Good evening, moisturizing the nose with saline solution is a good measure to continue. For dry cough relief, I would recommend one of these 2 clinically proven natural syrups: Helixia Prospan (available generically) or Nylozan. Although these syrups are probably modestly effective, they are probably more effective than homeopathic syrups and there are not many other options for a child of this age. Have a great evening!
