In a situation like this, it is best to see a doctor. If the pimples are as numerous as you describe and some have a sign of advanced infection (pus), it is possibly folliculitis. In such a case, an antifungal (antibacterial) cream will not be enough, you really need to take antibiotics by mouth in such a case.

So, if the pimples are as much present as before yesterday, or if they are even more numerous, one should consult quickly (before the weekend).
