I have been taking Diane 35 for almost 9 years.
I want to stop the pill to have a child.
Will my acne come back?
If so, is it necessarily a sign of PCOS or can the acne come from another cause?

Yes, it's always possible for acne to come back, but it tends to decrease with age :)
It's hard to say if it will be because of PCOS or not though
That being said, there are topical options available and safe during pregnancy, should acne occur.
