I have a lot of acne on my back. It goes all the way to my shoulders and it's starting to be embarrassing.

Good evening sir,
A few questions to be able to better guide you to the right treatment:
  • Do you have them in your face as well?
  • Are the pimples more open (blackheads) or closed (whiteheads)?
  • What are you currently using as a product(s)?

I have a little on my face but nothing more. Otherwise I have a lot of blackheads but in my back it's more like white heads (still big) that never want to heal so I have a lot of red pimples in my back that end up turning white.
So I use grocery store shampoo (scented) but I know it's a little better with baby shampoo (no smell) . Except it doesn't go away

Thank you!
On the shoulders, the most common cause is rubbing from sweaters (especially in athletes).
In addition to reducing the rubbing by wearing more fitted clothing, the best thing to do is to use a product sold in pharmacies that contains benzoyl peroxide. This is applied to the lesions twice a day for a few weeks.
Usually, improvement is seen within 4 weeks.
