Good morning, ma'am,
What are the drops you are talking about?
What exactly did your doctor tell you?
Thank you for your help!

the drops I bought are non-medicated artificial tears, my doctor told me to put this on to lubricate my eye and make it less dry

Thanks for the feedback!
Did applying these drops help relieve the irritation? How often do you use them?

no! it burns my eyes exactly like when I have real tears, it makes a really acidic sensation, I tried 2 kinds and I use it morning and evening for 2 weeks but it hurts my eyes when I apply it

I'm sorry to read this, could you tell me exactly what product you are using? Can you give me the exact names or upload the images?

Thank you for the information, these are indeed usually effective products. However, when the eye is very dry, the application of artificial tears can be uncomfortable at first
I invite you to try one or the other of these products but at least 4 to 6 times a day (or more if needed) for 1 week.
If the situation persists without improvement or worsens, I suggest that you consult an optometrist for a thorough evaluation of your condition.
I remain available if you have any further questions!
