Hello, my 4 year old son has had a temperature for 24 hours (39.3) and it is not going down. I wonder if I give him the right dose of acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Would it be possible to calculate the dose for me. He weighs 30lbs. He has no history of any allergies and is not on any medication. I give him 6 bottles of sinus rinse a day (clear secretions) and he doesn't complain of anything else. Thank you very much!
