Yes, it is possible to do a Canesten™ treatment despite the presence of the dots (considering that it has been 3 weeks since they were in place). Just be very careful not to touch the dots with the applicator and don't insert this applicator too hollow.

If you're not sure, you can also opt for the treatment to be taken by mouth (CanesOral™), available without a prescription at the pharmacy (but behind the counter).
