I noticed small red spots on one breast (not on the nipple). I am breastfeeding. Should I be concerned?

I gave birth on December 14th and have been breastfeeding exclusively since. I don't have any itching or pain but I'm wondering if it's just an allergic reaction or if I should be worried and if it's ok for the baby

Good evening Madam,
Surely, this should not worry you baby-wise. Indeed, the presence of a rash or pimples on the skin does not change the baby's ability to feed, nor the quality of the milk he receives.
Next, about the cause of these pimples, it is impossible for me to pronounce myself. Indeed, seeking a diagnosis is an act reserved for a doctor.
I therefore recommend that you discuss it with a doctor if the pimples are still present in 7 to 10 days, or if other symptoms appear in the meantime (fever, more pimples, redness, pain, etc.).
It is a pleasure,
