Hello,
unfortunately, this is the reality of the network. However, there may be other options available to you:
1. Do you have access to an employee assistance program? If so, sometimes they offer X number of free consultations.
2. If not, there are sometimes university clinics that offer services at a lower cost, under certain conditions (e.g. a doctoral student in psychology supervised by a psychologist).
3. Also, you can always call the waiting list at the CLSC on a regular basis and try to have your situation prioritized according to whether there have been any recent changes in your condition.
Thank you
