Hello, I have the impression that my uvula is swollen, it is unpleasant and I am able to touch it with my tongue, I cough a little and it makes me vomit. I also have a lot of secretions in my nose but not in my throat. I am pregnant too. No no fever, I do the saline solution in my nose but no I don't gargle I looked at the back of my throat and it is very red and swollen. I took a picture of my throat and the right side is much more swollen than the left, my uvula too
