How high can the pressure rise after taking a bronchodilator?

My pressure is usually around 110/60 since 2 days my pressure is around 150/90 but I take advair discus 250 morning and evening

Hello Ma'am,
Pressure should not increase so markedly in such a short time with this medication. If anything, a bronchodilator has a tendency to promote tachycardia, that is, to make the heart beat faster. This is especially true when high doses are taken.
Could it be that your pressure is rising like this because of the reason you were prescribed the pump (e.g., a cold)?
