Is clotrimazole cream safe to use during pregnancy?

Hi, I am 9sa and was wondering if I could use clotrimazole 1% for 7 days and is there any risk of miscarriage or other if I take the treatment? Thank you very much for your help.

This medication is the first choice in pregnancy. The only precaution is not to insert the vaginal applicator too abruptly or too far: at the first signs of resistance, stop the insertion and apply the cream.
