What to do for secretions, sore throat, head and ears, and fever?

Hello, since Tuesday I have a sore throat, ears, sinuses and head. I have green and generally thick secretions. The more the days go by, the more I find that there is no improvement on my condition. I have never felt so sick during my last flu/cold. I take benylins cold/sinus, tilenol, advil, sinus rinse and hydrasens eucalyptus. I also take lozenges.

I would also like to point out that Benylin, Tylenol and Advil products may contain the same ingredients. Considering the risk of exceeding the maximum doses, for example of Tylenol, it is not recommended to combine them However, you did the right thing with the Hydrasense, I also encourage you to hydrate a lot. If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement , you should consult a doctor.
