It's been 3-4 days that I have difficulty swallowing (even my saliva), it's as if I had a "moton", my throat doesn't hurt

No pain when swallowing, only the impression of having a moton. What could I take to help this and what could it be due to?

Hello,
Did the symptoms start suddenly? Have you lost weight in the last few days? Do you sometimes have a rustling sensation in your esophagus (reflux)?
It's hard to say what might be causing your symptoms without having an examination by your doctor. So I would advise you to make an appointment with your doctor and they can tell you more after their evaluation.
As far as medications go, there is nothing really that would help with this over the counter. Just keep good hydration to make sure dry mouth is not the issue.
The answer to the questions above will allow me to provide you with a more complete answer 😊

The lack of weight loss is reassuring. An antacid treatment could have been tried if it looked like reflux might be to blame, but that is not your case given the lack of rustling felt.
So I would advise you to make an appointment with a doctor to have an evaluation of the cause of this obstruction in the throat.
Happy day!
