My 1.5 year old son started to run a fever of 39 very close to 40 at 3am this morning and it is currently 9:30am and it's going to go back to the same number, should I wait 24 hours or should I head to the nearest emergency room? Finally I went to the emergency room with my son because he has them appearance of trembling and blue lip and the doctor discovered a severe Pneumonia thank you anyway for taking your time to answer my question
