In the 1st cycle of my new pill (Lolo), I had spotting. Today, on the 2nd cycle, I also spotted. Is it suitable for me?

I switched from Marvellon to Lolo due to Rhénault syndrome. I had spotted on the Alesse too.

Hello Ma'am,
As the name implies, this new pill contains few hormones. So it may well have too low a concentration of hormones to keep you from bleeding between periods.
I would recommend continuing for another 2 months (given that our alternatives are rather limited here) and if the spotting is still occurring so heavily, the pharmacist will be contacted to change the pill (possibly to one that contains only a progestin like Micronor™).
Good day,
Alexandre Chagnon, pharmacist
