How to help him? (11 months old) are syrups less recommended? How do I know if it's whooping cough or laryngitis or something else?

My baby (11 months) has had a cough (special) for 2 days that only happens at night, and that it hurts him ... he received his vaccines, but the last dose is later ... in short, I hesitate between pertussis or laryngitis? How to differentiate them and how to relieve him? He doesn't really have any secretions, we give him NACL syringes, it's really a cough/throat, mucus, lungs

Hello,
Only a doctor can make a diagnosis by examining your baby.
However, I can tell you that the cough caused by pertussis sounds like a rooster crowing. If you suspect that this is what your baby has, it is best to see a doctor in the emergency room.
Laryngitis is characterized by a rather dry cough that sounds like a dog barking. In this case, there's no need to see a doctor if your baby is fine.
In any case, you should see a doctor if your baby has difficulty breathing (e.g. wheezing, pulling or noises when breathing) or if his breathing is rapid. Monitor the fever as well, if the rectal temperature is above 41, you should see a doctor as well. Finally, if the cough persists for more than 1 week.
To help your baby, you are doing the right thing. Indeed, no syrup is recommended at this age and neither is honey. Continue nasal hygiene is the best thing you can do. Make sure you give your baby a drink, you can offer it more often than usual. You can also raise the head of the bed to help him cough less at night (for example by putting books under the legs of the bed).
I hope this is helpful to you,
Do not hesitate to consult a doctor if you are worried about your baby's condition.
Have a nice day!
