Can a urinary tract infection falsify a pregnancy test?

I should have had my period yesterday but I didn't. My pregnancy test is negative, and I have had a urinary tract infection for a few days.

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
Pregnancy tests are usually very accurate. However, in the event of an infection, certain elements that could be found in the urine could falsify a pregnancy test. I recommend that you take the test when you are finished with your antibiotics
If you think you might be pregnant, or are trying to get pregnant, talk to your pharmacist to see if the antibiotic is right for you
I hope this helps, and if you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

In fact I have urinary tract infections since I was a child, and the doctors advise me to wait 2-3 days before taking a medication because my body will not respond to the medication for a while, so I try cranberry juice before .... But as it is, I am 2 days late and I have negative tests, and I don't burn anymore when I urinate ...

It is not the body that does not respond to a given medication, but the bacteria. For this reason, some situations dictate that a urine culture be done if an infection is suspected.
As for the delay in your menstruation, if the situation persists for more than 7 days, you should consult your doctor.
Sincerely
