Small ball of flesh in the anus?

Hello, I have noticed for the last week that I have a kind of mini ball of flesh or that I am going to poop. I haven't had sex in over a year but I know that I'm having a little trouble with it. I don't know what it could be or who to see or if there is anything to do. When the ball came out I had a little pain. It's not pleasant but if it's inside it doesn't hurt. It's a little hard to explain... except that I don't have any health problems.

I'm pretty sure that's what it is because on the number 2 side I rush a lot sometimes it's hard and I bleed a little bit too... I just don't know who I need to see to treat it

Anusol Plus ointment can help reduce irritation. It can be applied twice a day and after each bowel movement.
If you have constipation or hard stools, PEG-3350 powder (LAX-A-DAY, Restoralax and other brands) can be diluted in a small amount of any liquid and drunk once a day as needed. I also encourage you to eat plenty of fiber (fruits and vegetables, whole grains, etc) and drink plenty of fluids to soften the stool.
