When to see a doctor? I have a sore on my penis since 1 week... no liquid is flowing and I have pain when I move the skin and urinate.

Hello,
If I understand correctly, there are pimples on the glans that have been causing pain for 1 week.
-Is it red and swollen?
-Are there other spots elsewhere?
-Does it look stable or has it spread?
-Have you tried anything yet?

Hello, in fact they are on the skin of the penis
yes, it's red and a little swollen... there is no other pimple but redness where the pimple is in contact with the skin. The pimples are stable and do not grow or spread. I tried to put some cow pie cream...

For the moment there is no urgency to see a doctor, but it would be interesting to see one by the end of the week if there is no change.
We can stop the current cream which will probably not bring any benefits. If there are no allergies, we can try Canesten cream (clotrimazole) applied twice a day morning and evening. An improvement should be noticeable after about 3 days. If Canesten works, it will not be necessary to see a doctor and it can be continued for up to 2 days after the pimples have disappeared for a maximum of 2 weeks.
If the pimples spread or grow or if a fever appears, a doctor should be seen quickly.
