My 1 year old daughter has red pimples all over her chest 10 days after the chicken pox vaccine.
She is not sullen, no fevers, eats and drinks normally. She has 4 molars, but other than that nothing special or dietary changes.
I was informed that pimples could appear between 5-12 days after the vaccine but I was told to localize them to the injected arm. Now the little pimples are all over my chest, stomach and back.

Hello Mrs,
It is difficult to say what is causing your daughter's pimples, as many childhood illnesses can manifest themselves in this way. I am very reassured that you report a good general condition and that she is eating well. For now, just monitor the situation
A fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Cutibase, Base Glaxal, Cerave and others can be applied as often as needed, including whenever the urge to scratch arises, if at all.
If the lesions persist for more than 10 days without improvement, or if her general condition deteriorates, I suggest consulting a doctor, as a precaution.
I hope I have been helpful and I am available if you have any further questions!
