My daughter has pimples on her chest?

My 1 year old daughter has red pimples all over her chest 10 days after the chicken pox vaccine. She is not sullen, no fevers, eats and drinks normally. She has 4 molars, but other than that nothing special or dietary changes. I was informed that pimples could appear between 5-12 days after the vaccine but I was told to localize them to the injected arm. Now the little pimples are all over my chest, stomach and back.
