Can I still take Tylenol and Advil continuously even though it has been 7 days? Is it better to consult a doctor?

Hello last Saturday, I started to have a very bad headache and I think I had a fever on Saturday and Sunday. Since then, I take Tylenol and Advil continuously to be functional. I rinse my nose in the morning and evening with Sinus Rinse, even though I only had secretions in the morning. However, in the evening I had the impression that my throat was swollen, without pain when I swallow.
Wednesday, I started to have pain in my right ear.
Thursday, I cough a little and I blow my nose. Still my right ear hurts.
Friday I'm congested, headache still present and my right ear.

Good morning, Madam,
In general, there is no problem taking Tylenol (max 4000 mg per day) and Advil (max 1200 mg per day) for a relatively short period of 2 weeks for pain and headaches. Be sure to take the Advil with food to reduce stomach side effects.
Here are some tips to help you:
Nasal congestion: continue Sinus Rinse
Helps to limit the secretions in the throat as well
Sore throat: gargle with water and salt (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt in 250 ml of water)
Cough : drink water, take honey to soothe the throat
Pain and headaches: Tylenol and/or Advil
Rest well, stay hydrated and wash your hands frequently
If your symptoms worsen in the next 3-4 days despite these measures, I recommend that you see a doctor for further evaluation.
I hope this answers your question,
