I have a sensitive testicle from sexual intercourse?

Since I had sex on Wednesday night I have a very sensitive testicle and I could say that it also hurts in my lower abdomen. I am still able to live (Gym for example) and I am able to sleep in spite of everything, but it is very tiring. There is no inflamation or color on my testicle. I have heard about testicular torsion and I am very worried. What should I do? Are there any signs that I should check?
