Is it too late in the season to get a flu shot? Is this year's flu shot worth it?

Hello, my 23 year old daughter, intellectually disabled, has just had the covid and has cancelled her flu shot scheduled for January. Is it too late to receive it? And if it is not too late, how long after the covid should she take it?

If your daughter has recovered from COVID, there is no problem getting the flu shot, there is no specific interval to follow. It is still a little too early to judge the effectiveness of the vaccine this year though.
