Hello, thank you for your question
There is no clear interaction between Pantoprazole and Synthroid. However, what is important when taking Synthroid is the consistency and regularity of the intake. That is, it is ideal to take the medication always in the same way either always with food or always without food. If you decide to take it with Pantoprazole, continue to take it the same way. Technically, the Pantoprazole affects the acidity of the stomach and therefore the absorption of the medication but if the Synthroid was always taken at this time then it was adjusted to the correct levels with the blood test. If you decide to change the time of taking the medication, the next time you take your blood test, tell your doctor and he will adjust the dose accordingly and according to your symptoms.
