I work as an orderly and I walk a lot and my feet and calves swell up and make me suffer a lot. I have tried ice, footbaths, anti-inflammatory creams, nothing helps! What can I do?

Medication: kepra 500 mg twice daily Zoloft 150 mg, vitamin b12, remeron 15 mg and Micronor continuously! I was diagnosed with epilepsy in November 2016.

Hello, you could try wearing support stockings during your workdays. These promote the return of blood and help prevent swelling of the legs. I suggest a support of about 20 mmHg. You should put them on as soon as you get out of bed. Also, avoid very hot baths and showers. If it doesn't get better, talk to your doctor.
