The symptoms you describe are indicative of a urinary tract infection. If you've already had this diagnosis and treatment in the past year, your pharmacist may be able to re-prescribe it for you under certain circumstances (if no fever or back pain).

If this is not your situation, you need to go see a doctor to get antibiotics. For now, it's important to drink plenty of water and you can take acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil-if not pregnant or allergic) to help ease your lower belly pain/discomfort a bit!
