Good morning, ma'am,
the recommended dose is 10 to 15 mg of medication per kg of your child's weight every 4 to 6 hours for a maximum of 5 times per 24 hours.
The following lines are for acetaminophen concentrated at 80mg/ml
  • For the 13.5kg child: 1.7 to 2.5ml every 4 to 6 hours (maximum of 5 times per 24 hours).
  • For the 19.3kg: 2.4 to 3.6ml every 4 to 6 hours (maximum of 5 times per 24 hours period).
Please make sure to shake the product well before serving.
I hope I've been helpful and I'm available if you have any other questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
