Is it normal for my baby to have green stools with Nutramigen?

Hello, my baby is almost 4 months old and has GERD problems and is intolerant to cow's milk proteins. We had puramino as milk and 2 medications to take (prevacid and domperidone) unfortunately puramino is sold out for an undetermined time, we started Nutramigen milk yesterday morning and her stools are fluorescent green, note that her stools were khaki green with puramino.
