My period is almost fifty days late since I started hormone treatment for acne. Should I be concerned?

I have had a Kyleena IUD since October 2018, my periods were more regular than ever since insertion and no health issues. In the summer of 2019 I started getting severe acne, so I went to my gynecologist in January and she prescribed androcur (1/4 pill every morning). I started the treatment on January 14, 2020 and it has helped my acne a lot since then. On the other hand, I was supposed to have my period on February 9th (it is regular, always around the 7th-8th-9th of the month) and I haven't had it since then. So I am 49 days late, could the androcur have an effect on my period? My gynecologist didn't tell me about the effects of androcur on my cycle, but I think I'm sensitive to hormonal treatments (I took the pill alysena and others for about 2 years which made my periods quite irregular). Also, I've had the same partner for 3 years and we still use a second protection even though I have an IUD, so I doubt there is a pregnancy.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Ma'am,
Androcur™ could indeed be causing what you describe (the delayed period). It might be worth doing two separate things in your situation:
Contact your gynecologist and ask him or her to reduce the dose of Androcur™ (not take it every day). This may help control the acne and still allow you to be more regular;
Take a pregnancy test. Even if the risk is very low, one should do one in my opinion (with the first morning urine).
