I am 8 days late on my period. I did a pregnancy test on D32 and D40, a blood test on D33. They are negative. What should I think/do?

I have not been on any contraceptive for the past year and a half. My cycle has been regular for about 2 years, 32 days per cycle. I am currently on the 40th day of my current cycle. I usually ovulate between the 24th and 28th day. I am not experiencing any stress, changes, weight gain, etc. I have several symptoms such as extreme fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness and so on...

Hello Ma'am,
In such a case, we should not worry and just continue to live our life as if nothing is different than usual 😊. We'll just have to take another pregnancy test every 3 days over the next few days.
I recommend doing it every 3 days simply because the pregnancy hormone that is present in the blood and urine increases very, very quickly at the beginning of a pregnancy. So if you have to be pregnant, we will detect it in 3 days (or 3 days later).
Good day,
