I have pain in my nostril, I can't blow my nose?

The inside of my nose is swollen. I have pain when I touch the outside of my nose. It's swollen as well. I can't blow my nose. It feels like my nose is blocked on this side because it is so swollen. Also, I have swollen glands in my neck, under my jaw. The inside of my nostril seems to be "raw".

Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
How long have you noticed this?
Do you have other symptoms such as a runny or stuffy nose?
Have you tried anything for these symptoms?
Thank you

Hello!
i don't have a runny nose. I have the sensation that it is blocked on the swollen side, because the air passes less, but I am not congested. I have tried to use Secaris only

It's been about 2 days.

Thanks for the information, I'm sorry for the delay in my response, I hadn't seen the notification!
You did well with Secaris if you are experiencing irritation. Other than that, I would suggest not applying anything and avoiding touching the area as it can increase the irritation.
Taking Tylenol can help with the pain in your nose and throat, and I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids. Lozenges can also help with local irritation.
In the absence of other symptoms, if the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, a doctor should be consulted as a precautionary measure.
I will remain available if you have any further questions!
