Good morning, ma'am,
I have a few questions that would help me answer better:
  1. Do you have any discharge or spotting?
  2. Do you have a fever?
  3. Is there a particular scent?
With this information, I will be able to direct you towards a treatment because there are different types of possible infections (yeast, bacterial, etc.)

Hello again,
Thank you for the quick response. I would recommend a treatment with clotrimazole (e.g. Canesten) which comes in a few formats, including vaginal tablets and cream and is available at the pharmacy. This treats a yeast infection well. Normally a treatment of this kind improves the situation after 48 hours.
In your case, given the neutropenia and the use of Stelara, it is VERY important to follow your symptoms and to consult if the situation worsens (ex: development of fever) or does not improve.
If this type of problem is not frequent or recurrent, this treatment should solve the problem.
Hopefully this answers your question and gives you some relief =)
Have a nice evening
