Hello,
For the prevention of pre-eclampsia, we do use uncoated crunchable Aspirin to be taken at bedtime. In small studies, taking it at bedtime would have a slight advantage for this indication over taking it in the morning, as it would better stabilize the circulation. In addition, the chewable formulation is favoured since the dose released would possibly be a little larger and especially faster than in the coated formulation.
