I hit my head a few days ago and now I have a headache?

I had a question, I had a dance competition on Sunday and while doing one of my choreographies, when I fell to the floor which was one of my moves I hit the right side of my head. It didn't really hurt until today I woke up with a headache on that side, it doesn't hurt enough to take advils, but enough to mess me up, I don't have any other symptoms besides a headache and I was wondering is there any solution to decrease the pain? Good morning, ma'am, Acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands) or ibuprofen (Advil) remain the first line of treatment for pain If there are other signs of inflammation such as a lump, applying ice in a damp towel for 10 to 15 minutes may help relieve the pain. If the pain is the result of an injury elsewhere, such as to the neck from a fall, muscle tension in that area may be contributing to the headache. In this case, a physiotherapist would be the best resource. If the pain increases, persists for more than a week or is accompanied by other symptoms, a doctor should be consulted as a precaution.
